* Coached Claremont Secondary Boys Volleyball Team to 10 consecutive and 18 provincial championship tournament appearances (1 gold – undefeated season, 3 silvers, 1 bronze, 1 fourth, etc.)

Megan has been an avid Big Dig player attending seven of our camps over her high school career. She played for Camosun College this past season and was “Rookie of the Year” and named to the BC All-Rookie Team. We are pleased to have Megan join us on the Big Dig team as one of our Jr. Coaches.

One of the current setters for Men’s National Team. Josh has played professionally all over the world – most recently with Paris Volley in France. He is a Trinity Western University grad (National Champs 06) and was the Canadian University Player of the Year (07).

Drew Venables


Drew Venables
coaching resume includes head coach positions with Volleyball BC U-19 men’s program and assistant coach positions with Thompson Rivers University, Vancouver Island University and Capilano University. NCCP level 3 (in progress), was a past National Team member, past European Professional player, and currently is one of the head instructors at the Volleyball Canada Center of Excellence in North Vancouver. Drew made the trek from Kamloops to attend Big Dig Camps when he was a student!
